EASY Beef Enchiladas

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can enchilada sauce - I like the Rosarita brand the best
10 tortillas
2 cups cheese - shredded
1 small can chopped olives - optional

Brown hamburger and drain. Add taco seasoning per directions. Place 1-2 tablespoons of meat in each tortilla and cheese to preference, roll and place in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Olives are great sprinkled on top or mixed in with meat and cheese.) They are super easy and cheap and my kids love them.
