1 cup soft butter, 2 cups sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa. Stir in 4 eggs; add 1 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional). Stir; pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350, 25 min or until done. Cover with 1 lb mini marshmallows; bake for 4 minutes. Add frosting; 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup canned evaporated milk. (I put the frosting after it is mixed in a Ziploc bag and BARLEY cut the corner and squeeze in onto the marshmallows).
