Ritz Cracker Dessert

60 Ritz crackers (save 1/3 cup for top)
½ cup melted butter in 9x13 pan
1 small package (3 ounce) instant chocolate pudding. Mix with 1-1/2 cup milk to make pudding.
1 quart flavored ice cream (I like anything with vanilla & carmel).

Mix crushed Ritz crackers with butter and spread in 9x13 inch glass pan to make a crust. Melt ice cream until soft and mix with pudding mixture. Spread mixture in pan and top with whip cream & sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers for the top. Freeze.

*This is the perfect dessert for a summer party & tastes great slightly thawed.
