1 bar of Fat Free cream cheese (room temp)
Bottle of carmel ice cream topping
Mix together with beaters adding carmel until it's the consistency and taste you like. It ends up with a pudding texture and kinda tastes like butterscotch. The great thing is the ice cream topping is fat free and so is the cream cheese!
Super good with any fruit but I LOVE it with apple slices.
