Home Made Mexican Style Salsa

This salsa is something that I almost always have in my fridge. It is a staple in our house. We put it on chips, meats, and any time we eat Mexican food.

6-8 Roma Tomatoes
1-5 Serrano peppers (depends on how hot they are and how hot you like the salsa
1/2 clove of garlic (a small clove)
1/8 of a medium onion
3 sprigs of cilantro
salt to taste

Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut off the stems. In a frying pan blacken the tomatoes and peppers. In a blender blend together every thing. Add salt to taste. You can also chop everything up by hand for a chunkier salsa. I took a picture of the finished product, but for some reason it is not on my camera.
