Chicken Crouton

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
HALF of a 8 oz sour cream
sliced Swiss cheese
1 bag of your favorite flavored croutons

Place chicken on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover each piece with a slice of cheese. Mix sour cream and soup together and pour over the top. CRUSH croutons while in the bag and then disperse evenly onto the mixture. Bake at 375 for 45 min or until chicken is cooked. (If you need more sauce to make for more servings, use 3 cans cream of chicken and 3/4 sour cream)
SERVE over mashed potatoes
