Teriyaki Sauce

1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Mix ingredients and bring to a boil stirring often. 
I like to use it as a sauce to just pour over already cooked chicken, or you can cook chicken tenders or drum sticks right in the sauce in the oven @ 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. 

Serve with Rice.

p.s the sauce stays good for quite a while so sometimes I just make extra and store what I don't use in the fridge for next time I don't want to cook it!
