Pumpkin Cobbler

2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
3 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter

Mix pumpkin, sugars, evaporated milk, pumpkin spice, and eggs together. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Pour dry cake mix over top. Cut butter up and place sporadically on top of dry cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes, then un-cover and bake 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Best when served warm with vanilla ice cream.
