Great Chicken Pita
2 portions cooked chicken (about 1/2 pound), cut into bite size pieces
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 slice red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
¼ cup fat-free Mayo
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 whole wheat pita, cut in half
1 tomato, chopped
2 lettuce leaves
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, celery, red onion, almonds and Mayo.
2. Stir in Mrs. Dash and paprika. Then gently stir in red grapes.
3. Fill each pita half with a portion of chicken mixture, tomato and lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
