Need to make a large batch of cookies? These are perfect and delicious! This recipe really does make a ton.
Monster Cookies
1/2 C. soft butter
1 C. packed brown sugar
1 C. sugar
2 t. baking soda
1 T. vanilla extract
1 1/2 C. peanut butter
3 eggs beaten
8 oz. mini M&Ms
8 oz. milk choc. chips
4 1/2 C. oatmeal
Preheat oven 350. Cream butter and both sugars together. Add soda, vanilla, peanut butter and eggs. Mix well. Mix in M&Ms, choc. chips and oatmeal. Drop cookie dough in rounded balls two inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. Cookies should be soft!! Makes 4 dozen.
